What is Salt Therapy?

Do you or someone you love suffer from asthma, eczema or repeated sinus infections? There is a safe, drug-free therapy proven to be effective for relieving symptoms of many chronic sinus, lung and skin conditions. Experience the natural relief of salt therapy.

Salt has been used for its healing properties for centuries. Salt is known for its ability to clear mucus, soothe irritated sinus passages and lungs, and kill bacteria in the respiratory tract.

In the 1840's, a Polish physician documented the low rate of respiratory illness in salt mine workers. He attributed their better health to the daily inhalation of salt particles in the mines. Because of his work, salt cave therapy became a form of treatment in Europe for chronic lung and skin conditions.

Now, salt therapy is performed in a special spa-like room with salt-coated walls and floor. Pharmaceutical-grade salt is pulverized into microscopic particles and blown into the room.

Salt treatment involves lounging in this tranquil room and passively breathing in the particles while listening to soothing music, reading or just relaxing in a zero-gravity chair.

Rooms are supplied with fresh air filtered by HEPA air filters that capture and remove up to 99.97% of all airborne particles. Surface areas are covered with natural sea salt which creates a sterilized environment.

Each salt therapy session lasts 45 minutes. Many people see significant improvement in only 3 to 10 sessions.

If you’re worried about medications and their side effects, get well naturally with salt therapy.
